Returns and Complaints
Not the perfect fit? No problem - you have 14 days to return an item for any reason.
How do I return an item?
1. Email us at: contact@example.com
2. Include your order number and let us know that you would like to return the product.
3. We will contact you with instructions and the return delivery address.
Important:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned parcel.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If you have any doubts, our team will be happy to answer your questions.
We do our best to make sure every product meets your expectations. If your item arrived damaged or does not match your order, you have the right to submit a complaint.
How do I submit a complaint?

2. In your message, please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- photos of the damage or mismatch
3. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
If your complaint is accepted, we will let you know the next steps. This may include repair, replacement, or a refund.
Important:
- Natural characteristics of handmade or wooden products may include small variations in texture, color, or structure. These are not always considered defects.
